Terms Of Use (TOU) - Short Version

    Do not remove any links or any sort of credit that are placed on layouts. I made them and you didn't. Keep the original credit where it was! If you use a layout from Immortal-Essense, the link stays on every single page. I did not watermark anything, so the link stays. Anybody caught not following this rule will be on the WOS (Wall Of Shame) and I'll start watermarking the graphics. A credit on your credit page is required for the icons, mentioning it once is not acceptable. Remember, credit me at all times!

    As stated above, I made the content on Immortal-Essense, not you. You may not redistribute or claim as your own unless you have asked permission and I gave it to you. All images used belong to their original owners, such as manga, anime, etc. Websites where I have taken my resources from are listed on the credits page, and will forever be there, unless it was from a previous layout - because it is not being used anymore, I take the credit off. Stealing is strictly forbidden!

    I don't think of codes as just "codes". You may not replace the images, edit the coding, alter the images, use the coding for any of your layouts, etc. without my permission. Just ask me via contact form or tagboard before you use the layout, and depending on the layout you created, I'll either allow it or won't. A link back (Coded by < a href="http://Immortal-Essense.info" > Immortal-Essense < / a>) is to be visible on every page if I allow you to use my coding.

    There is no need to credit me for icon bases (they were just cropped > then retouched), but is greatly appreciated. If you do credit - or use, I'd love it if you drop me a message at the tagboard!

    Spamming, advertising (unless you're an affiliate), harassing, etc. will not be tolerated at the tagboard. I do not want to join any kind of club and/or forum (yeah, I'm speaking to you, "Hey"), so don't even bother. If you would like for me to join your contest, I'd love to, but please use the contact form to do so.

    Yes, I do create icon textures, but I put them up on my LJ account (xchirix). If you use something from there, then you must link back to this site!

    Icons, Images, etc. on IE can't be hotlinked/direct-linked, meaning you use my site's url. You must save them onto your computer then upload it onto your own server or image host (ex. Tinypic or Photobucket).
